A simple knotted border, found in both the scribes' work and engraved on jewelry and stones.

Technical notes: All graphics are GIFs with transparent backgrounds, except the background itself which is a JPEG. They are based on " Web-safe" colors, which are also used for the text and links: Pantone ColorWeb N 7-06 (330000), N 31-03 (33FF00), N 26-06 (006633), and N 36-04 (666666). A variety of packages were used to create this site, all on the Mac: Macromedia FreeHand, Adobe Illustrator, Fractal Design Painter, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe PageMill, and Natural Intelligence Roaster. (All these names are the trademarks of their respective companies.)
